Cancellation Window
Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled session to avoid being charged.

Late Cancellations
If a client cancels or reschedules their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, they will be charged 100% of the full price for the session.

No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will also be charged the full session price.

Payment
The charge for late cancellations or no-shows will be automatically applied to the card on file or must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made.

Emergency Situations
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in the case of emergencies, at the discretion of Chase Sports Massage. Clients are encouraged to communicate promptly in such situations.

Package Deals
For clients using prepaid packages or vouchers, the session will be deducted from their package if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment.

Modifications
Chase Sports Massage reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time, with notice to clients provided on the official website or via email.

Future bookings
Chase Sports Massage reserves the right to cancel any bookings/refuse treatment if there is an outstanding balance due. The account must be brought up-to-date prior to further treatment being provided.
By booking an appointment with Chase Sports Massage, the client agrees to abide by this cancellation policy.
